Egyptian/Sudanese delicay. Delicately seasoned tilapia with fresh coriander, lime, garlic, onions and special spice, then slowly pan fried.

(Heads can be taken off at request).

Optional extras - Goes well with Shrimp rice, Fish rice, Salads and Tahint sauce.

Caution! Though care has been taken to remove the bones in the fish customers are advised to be careful about any remaining bones.
